| The most common option is to design your own web site, and try to save yourself the time and expense. There are several ways you can approach this - but be warned, learning to design your website will take sometime and lots of patience will be required.
If you're familiar with a web page editing tool such as Microsoft Front-Page or another program such as DreamWeaver or HomeSite, you can use one of these to design your web site. There are many free programs such as Netscape Composer from Netscape that you might like to try. Most of these programs have a built in FTP feature which will allow you to upload your web site.
If you are not using a web editing program, or prefer not to use the FTP uploading feature of your web editing program, then you may use an FTP (File Transfer Protocol) program. If you decide to use one of the many FTP programs available, the one we suggest using is WS_FTP LE - its an excellent program. For added convienance our control panel comes with a simple FTP program.
Or take a look at our Site Studio, an excellent option for those who don't know anything about FTP, HTML, Telnet, HTTP, or imaging software. If you can surf the Internet, you can build your own professionally looking website. You will appreciate the ease and speed with which you can build your website, and the ease with which you can change just about any aspect of it. With different layouts and color schemes, dozens of designs are available in Site Studio, and because of its flexible nature, many more can be added later. |
